He draws on his extensive experience and knowledge in complex medical aspects of serious personal injury cases to help plaintiffs, and their family members, receive compensation for serious physical injuries that were caused by the negligence of others.
Mr. Maragno graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Boston College, where he majored in Economics and Mathematics. He then graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Maragno is a former prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
