Who will I meet with on my free initial consultation?

I personally meet with every prospective client to discuss their case. During that consultation, we will discuss how your incident happened and what injuries you have sustained. Also, we’ll discuss our process and how we would handle your case. I will take as much time as needed to answer all of your questions.

Unlike some other law firms, I oversee all of the Long Island personal injury cases that my firm takes on. This means I will never farm out your case to junior partners or associates. I will supervise all aspects of your case. I also have my team that will assist me with certain parts of your case. For example, my case manager Danielle will handle making sure that your case is progressing smoothly by supervising the gathering of all relevant information from our investigators and medical providers. My assistant Ana will work to make sure that all of your medical bills are being paid and also work on making sure that you are receiving lost wages and out of pocket expenses. Ultimately, I will be handling all of the key aspects of your case including depositions, settlement negotiations and trial.

Over my many years of practice, I have learned that the only way to be successful is to be fully familiar with my client’s struggles. After all, how can an attorney convey your story to an insurance adjuster, defense attorney or a jury, if they don’t even know you?
